Tracy Gehlan
President, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA)
As President of EMEA, Tracy Gehlan oversees Subway’s strategic growth and development across the region. Her responsibilities include expanding the brand’s presence through master franchisees and multi-unit operators, helping drive franchisee success and profitability and enhancing the overall guest experience.
Tracy previously served as Senior Vice President EMEA & Chief Operating Officer International at Hertz Global Holdings, one of Europe’s largest franchise systems, where she drove sustainable business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience. She also held senior roles at QSR brands including Smashburger and Burger King, deepening her expertise in international franchising. Most recently, as President International at Driven Brands, she led expansion and a P&L turnaround across 13 countries.
Tracy earned her graduate degree from Newcastle University. She also sits on the board of Americana Restaurants International PLC, the largest out-of-home dining and QSR operator in the Middle East.
