Joseph Hsu

Joseph Hsu joined Subway in August 2024 as the President of Subway, Asia Pacific (APAC). He is responsible for leading, developing and expanding Subway’s APAC presence. This includes growing the brand’s restaurant footprint with master franchisees and multi-unit owners, helping drive franchisee profitability and elevating the guest experience.  

Joseph brings more than 30 years of global restaurant and consumer industry experience to Subway. Most recently, he served as Regional Vice President of Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) at Domino’s Pizza where he led the expansion and strategic development of 30 franchise markets. Joseph has also held senior leadership roles at Outback Steakhouse, TGI Fridays, PepsiCo and Yum! Brands.

Joseph earned his bachelor’s degree from National Taiwan University and his master’s degree from Columbia Business School.
