Our Franchisees

Franchisees are the heart of Subway.

The Subway Franchisee Advisory Council (SFAC) is the
franchisee-nominated and -elected representative body of U.S. Subway
franchisees. Twenty-eight franchisees, representing seven regions across
the U.S., serve two-year terms. They represent the full spectrum of the Subway
Franchise community, from single-unit operators to multi-unit owners, from big
metropolitan cities to small rural communities in all corners of the country.

With dedicated Marketing, Operations, and Technology SubCouncils, the SFAC
plays a critical role in ensuring franchisee perspectives are heard and incorporated
into brand decisions—sharing insights, providing input, and strengthening
collaboration across the system.
