Lisa Shea
Chief Human Resource Officer
Lisa Shea is Subway’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources (HR) and Business Services. She joined Subway over 25 years ago as a member of the operations team, later transitioning to the HR team and holding various leadership roles.
In her current role, Lisa is responsible for leading Subway’s human resources strategies, including talent management and recruitment, workplace safety, employee relations, compensation and benefits planning, and training and development.
Lisa received her undergraduate degree from Saint Anselm College and her MBA from Sacred Heart University.
