Eric Foo
Eric Foo joined Subway in January 2020 as the President of Subway, Asia Pacific (APAC). He is responsible for leading, developing and expanding Subway’s APAC presence. This includes a focus on driving profitability for franchisees by leveraging his extensive restaurant industry experience and deep understanding of regional tastes and preferences.
Eric brings more than 20 years of restaurant industry experience to Subway. He has served in leadership positions across the APAC region, including as Chief Operating Officer at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf in Singapore, Executive Vice President for International at Dairy Queen, Vice President and General Manager of Burger King in Greater China and Singapore, and the Chief Executive Officer for McDonald’s China.
Eric earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Singapore.
