As Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, Dennis Leone leads Subway’s global legal team, supporting the brand’s long-term business strategy while helping ensure the company operates with integrity and accountability.
Dennis brings over 30 years of experience advising franchise systems and executive leadership teams and deep expertise in the legal and operational frameworks that support franchisee success. Prior to joining Subway, he served as a Partner at Dinsmore & Shohl LLP, helping lead the firm’s franchising and distribution practice group and advising organizations navigating complex legal environments and issues.
Dennis earned his undergraduate degree and Juris Doctor from the University of Miami. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Florida Bar Association, and the Texas Bar Association.
